NOTE: Debi's original site (see mouseover) had good information & testimonials but was not as visually appealing as the one she has now. And, in certain industries (like therapeutic massage), visual (emotional) attraction is important to attract business!








NOTE: A picture is indeed worth a 1000 words. AAA Garments and Lettering had a website with one small, irrelevant picture on their original home page... What's more the layout did not guide the consumer to information. On the new website, we posted pictures that would be of interest to the target markets: corporate, sports, children and golf. We made it easy to for clients to find what they are looking for by organizing the information.

NOTE: ECS Cleaning Services had done what many small businesses do. They post their information on MySpace.com. It is better than nothing but not professional enough to direct their potential corporate clients to. We built a simple website for a much more professional presentation with information directed at both the commercial and residential clients. Marketing messages should be specialized for each target market because they sometimes want to know different things.

NOTE: Like many franchises, Maaco provided Sam, owner of Maaco North Highlands, with a webpage on their corporate site. The problem was (as you'll see in the BEFORE shot) that it was 50% map. Maps aren't effective in marketing. Problem two, consumers could easily find his competition (other Maaco locations) on the same website. So we built a one page eNutshellto promote pictures and information more likely to convert a visitor into a customer. Calls to action include bookmark this page, forward to someone and newsletter signup.
